I've been in the interactive business since 1991 when I started as an animation programmer for a small studio in Newport Beach. This was back in the days when distributing multimedia on floppy disk was state of the art (I know, it is hard to believe). In the past two decades, I have grown from a talented developer into a seasoned project manager. During these years I have preformed practically every role under the roof of a typical interactive agency. The opportunities and experiences i've had allowed my skills to grow. The executives, managers, and mentors I've worked with have helped me shape my career.

I am at the point where I am comfortable in a leadership role as well as day-to-day project management responsibilities. Client interaction is second nature to me I welcome collaborative environments where it is "OK and expected" to challenge the status quo.
